You have to pick another movie that is linked to the last movie by actors/writer/director. Once the same person has been used 3 times you can't use them for future links. Your win condition is either keep going until the other player can't name something or pick certain movies in a genre.

So for example, my win condition is that I have to name 3 movies that feature greta gerwig (either as an actor/writer/director). If I can name Barbie, then Isle of Dogs and then Lady Bird I can win early.

I think I don't understand how I am supposed to know the win conditions, every time I've tried, I guess a bunch links and then it tells me I lose, and I don't know what I did to lose or what they did to win.

The win conditions are listed under each player name. They’re usually something like “name 9 romance movies” or “name five marvel movies”.

Yah i finally figured out this last run where that part was at, and got my first win. I still don't know why I was losing the other ones, but hey who cares.

When people get into a groove on some of the win conditions it can end quickly

I spent like an hour trying to make a 3x3 grid puzzle and my brain hurts too much to continue.

I watch a streamer who likes to set themed "traps" like the Kangaroo Jack Attack where he bans all of the names you would know from a specific movie and then tries to get you to name that movie.
