I got these taco salads from El Pollo Loco and they are hitting the spot.

I was in NYC this past weekend and got to try cassoulet for the first time. It's a French dish with beans slow cooked with duck and sausages. Now I need to try making it at home.
We had an amazing black sesame creme brulee as well, which was amazing
