Does anyone know how to undo the horrifying effects of testosterone and extreme distress on one's hairline/general luscious locks? I used to have super thick long hair (dare i say gorgeous), but t, age (41), and the mentals have made me lose maybe half of it. it's still long, but it makes me feel shitty. shittier. ive tried feeling other ways, but the shittiness persists. i already take finestride and do minoxidil...have any home remedies that actually work? I can't do wigs...i fully support you doing wigs. but i cannot. thank you. blessings.

Besides hormones, a lot of it's down to genetics. I hear there's been progress on the hair loss front but still.

They've had success with stem cells in clinical trials but nothing available to consumers. There's still the legacy surgeries where they will move hair follicles from one part of the head to another, but those have mixed results.

Some people swear by rosemary oil, ricewater, those are some low cost remedies i can recall off the top of my head. i suffer from hair loss and unfortunately there really isnt anything i can do about it. i shaved my hair off and got a tattoo on my head to help me overcome my own shame. but thats an extreme reaction. i hope you find something that works!
