How do you think Ben Gibbard reacts when he’s at a restaurant and Such Great Heights plays?

One out of every three meals I eat at a restaurant that plays music is playing Such Great Heights.
No reaction because he's been suddenly hit with amnesia. His friend enters the restaurant, eyes sparking with recognition. He raises his hand to wave before the realization hits. His heart sinks. "Ben?" Nothing in his eyes. He doesn't even know him.
"Ben?" He had always wanted to see him wave from such great heights.
Come down he would say.
Come down.
